Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports the arrest of DAVID M. DOUGAN, 46 YOA, of Flippin on one (1) count of Theft of Property (Class C Felony). The arrest stems from an investigation into a complaint from a local business. DOUGAN allegedly submitted a check for payment on accounts established with the business for construction related materials. The total value of the material was more than nine-thousand dollars ($9,000.00). The check was subsequently returned with the account not being located.

DOUGAN is currently being held in the Marion County Detention Center where his bond was set at $25,000.
