Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports that TAMATHA MCPHERSON, 58 YOA, was arrested today and charged with two (2) counts of Introducing a Controlled Substance into the Body of Another, a Class "C" felony, and two (2) counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, a Class "D" felony. She was booked into the Marion County Detention Center before posting a $15,000 bond. The arrest follows an April 2024 incident in which Investigators followed up on an Arkansas State Police Child Abuse Hotline call regarding two (2) juvenile victims who tested positive for THC after being kept at an in-home daycare center owned by the Defendant.
